About products
- What wood do you use to build a sauna? Does it have a steady electrical performance? We use Canadian Western Red Cedar or Canadian Hemlock, the best wood for sauna construction in this industry. We have specialized production lines to manufacture the key assemblies of saunas, including control box, control panel and heating material. Every product will pass 6 tests in production lines and 17 tests for finished products to make sure it lives up to quality standards before shipped from the factory.
- How long does a warranty last? We offer a two-year warranty, and mostly we include repair parts in the container to be delivered to our customers.
- Can you make me a custom sauna? Yes. We provide customized sauna solutions and we are good at it. As long as you put forward your idea and requirements, our designer team will send sauna renderings, dimensional drawings and power distribution graphs to you for confirmation, build a prototype and test it.
- How long does it take for a sauna to reach operating temperature? Where can I get a troubleshooting reference? Generally speaking, your room should reach operating temperature in 40-60 minutes, but the time it takes also depends on surrounding temperature and structure and configuration of saunas. Troubleshooting information can be found in the product manual we provide.
- Is your sauna room easy to be installed? How many people and how long does it take to put it together? It is easy to finish installation and we provide you with product manual. Take a 2-person sauna for example, any two adults can normally install the sauna in about an hour.
- How do you pack saunas for delivery? How many containers will be used for sauna package? Our products are separated and flat packed for delivery, which is meant to optimize container loading. You need to install saunas yourself after receiving packages. 1-person sauna is usually packed in 1 to 2 containers, 2-person sauna 2 to 3 containers and 3-person persona 3 to 4 containers.
- How can I trace the product? How can I know the boxes containing parts needed to assemble one complete sauna? Each sauna has unique serial number on its outer packaging and product itself, which can be used to trace the production time, batch numbers of production and material used and related production operators and testing personnel. Therefore, all you need to do is find containers under the same serial number and finish assembly.
- How often can I use a sauna? How long does a sauna session take? We suggest 1-2 times a week, and you can adjust the times according to your preference. It is not recommended to use the sauna when you feel uncomfortable. We suggest you use the sauna for an hour each time.
- What is the maintenance for a sauna? There is no need for special maintenance. You just need to clean out your sauna on a regular basis after using it for a period of time. If you don’t use it for a long time, you need to cover your sauna with dust cover (if any) and unplug the power.
