- How long does a build take? What kind of payment do you support?
- Our production times are averagely around 60 days, varying due to the type, design and configuration of saunas. You need to send a 30% deposit (by T/T payment) before production starts, and then pay the balance before shipment or against the B/L copy. And we also accept payment by a letter of credit.

Every product will pass 6 tests in production lines and 17 tests for finished products to make sure it lives up to quality standards before shipped from the factory.
