- What wood do you use to build a sauna? Does it have a steady electrical performance?
- We use Canadian Western Red Cedar or Canadian Hemlock, the best wood for sauna construction in this industry. We have specialized production lines to manufacture the key assemblies of saunas, including control box, control panel and heating material. Every product will pass 6 tests in production lines and 17 tests for finished products to make sure it lives up to quality standards before shipped from the factory.

- How long does it take for a sauna to reach operating temperature? Where can I get a troubleshooting reference?
- Generally speaking, your room should reach operating temperature in 40-60 minutes, but the time it takes also depends on surrounding temperature and structure and configuration of saunas. Troubleshooting information can be found in the product manual we provide.
