How to Get the Best Out of Your Infrared Sauna

- Hydrate by drinking plenty of water.
- We recommend not wearing makeup while inside the sauna for optimal comfort.

During Use:
- You won’t need to wear any clothing—our saunas are designed for privacy.
- In winter, preheat the sauna to at least 35°C for maximum comfort, while in summer, it’s ready to use.
- Stay hydrated and relax to the sound of music or soothing ambiance.
- Gently tap your body to promote circulation.
- If it gets too hot, open the side windows to adjust the temperature.
- Avoid using mobile devices for a more immersive experience.

After Use:
- Slowly exit the sauna and be careful not to cool down too quickly.
- Applying a facial mask post-session can help your skin absorb more nutrients.
- Wait about two hours before showering, and when you do, use warm water to keep your pores open.
