Step 1: Wood Processing and Drying
After passing multiple layers of customs inspection, our Canadian Hemlock and Canadian Cedar are prepared for use through a unique combination of high-frequency and microwave drying techniques. This process, which takes between 7 to 15 days, ensures the wood reaches an optimal balance of temperature and humidity. It is then left to naturally ventilate for an additional 7 days before moving into the next stage of production.
